There were **2,251 new listings**, a **3.3% decline year-over-year**.

Fewer new listings entering the market means lower fresh supply, even as inventory continues to shift.

Overall inventory has increased to **5,581 homes**, a significant **28.2% jump** from last year.

This added supply gives buyers more options and contributes to a more balanced market.


⬆ Months of Supply Increasing


Months of supply now sits at **3.59**, up **48% year-over-year**.

The market is gradually moving away from tight seller-market conditions toward a more neutral environment.
